The mission of the Southeast Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability is to help older adults and people with disabilities live with dignity and choices in their homes and communities.
We serve Bledsoe, Bradley, Grundy, Hamilton, Marion, McMinn, Meigs, Polk, Rhea, and Sequatchie Counties.

Become an HCBS Provider
If you are interest in becoming an Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Provider, please email setaaad@sedev.org. Interested providers will be emailed when the Request for Proposal Applications (RFPA) becomes open.
