Aging Unbound: Flexible Thinking about Aging
Mark your calendars for a virtual conference being organized by Engaging Communities Tennessee and the Southeast Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability in recognition of Older Americans Month. This event provides an opportunity to celebrate the contributions and achievements of older Americans and raise awareness about resources and services available to them. The conference will cover a range of topics such as caregiving, legal matters, community resources, and health aging, among others. It is essential to have flexible thinking about aging and challenge the negative stereotypes associated with growing old. The virtual conference will be a great platform to share knowledge and insights, learn from experts in the field, and engage in meaningful discussions.

It is our hope that participants will benefit from the information and resources shared during the weekly discussions. Join us as we recognize Older Americans Month and promote positive aging.
